Official Answer from Principal Jinyu Yang

Why Does the School Value Long-Term Growth Beyond a Single Exam?

Grades matter, but what else does the school consider when evaluating student growth?

杨金玉Principal, Zibo MacDuffie International Division

Exam results reflect learning at a particular stage, but they cannot fully define a student. We care more about whether students can keep learning, solve problems proactively, build a stable sense of self, and create value in a team. Excellence is not leading once; it is the ability to keep developing.
